Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
This website, mlrglobalenterprises.com, is run by Pradeep Rathore, an individual, who trades as MLR Global Enterprises ("we", "us"). We build AI systems and automation for businesses. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
We collect only what you give us:
- Through the quote form: your name, email address, business name, what you want automated, your budget range, your message, and your consent.
- Server logs: when you visit, our host Cloudflare records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver and protect the site. The form's security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at similar browser signals to tell people from bots.
- When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp: your name, contact details and what you tell us.
- When you become a client: the details needed for the agreement and invoices (name, business name, billing address, tax details if any) and records of payments. Card payments are handled by a payment gateway; we never see or store your card number.
This website has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Please do not send us medical or personal health details through the form, by email or by message.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a quote you asked for.
- To make, perform and invoice an agreement with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records that the law requires.
- To protect this website and our systems from abuse.
We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.
Consent
Before you send the quote form you tick a box to agree that we may use your details to reply and prepare a quote. That is your consent under the DPDP Act, for that purpose only. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing pradeep@mlrglobalenterprises.com; we will then stop using your details for that purpose and delete them, except for anything the law requires us to keep. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before.
Where you are our client, we also process your details because they are needed to perform our agreement and to meet legal duties such as keeping invoices.
Who receives it
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run this website and our business, each for its own task:

Some of these providers process data outside India. We use only providers that protect data under their own published terms, and we will follow any restriction the Government of India places on transfers to particular countries. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example to a court or a government authority.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 12 months after our last message, then deleted.
- Client agreements, invoices and payment records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (currently up to 8 years).
- Server and security logs held by Cloudflare: for the short period Cloudflare sets.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to;
- hear your grievance, through the Grievance Officer below.
Email pradeep@mlrglobalenterprises.com with the subject "Privacy request", for example to ask us to delete your data. We will reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell people from bots. These cookies do not identify you and are not used for tracking. Because they are needed for the site to work safely, we do not ask for consent for them. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, but some security checks may ask you to prove you are not a bot.
The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that tells people from bots. It does not track you across sites and is used only to protect the form.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data: HTTPS on every page, security headers on this website, access limited to Pradeep Rathore, and keeping as little data as we can for as short a time as we can. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Data breaches
If a breach affects personal data we hold, we will act to contain it and will inform the people affected, and any authority, as the law requires.

Data in systems we build for clients
The systems we build (such as an AI front desk for a clinic) run in our clients' own accounts. The client decides what data those systems collect and is responsible for it; we act only on the client's written instructions, under a data processing agreement. We do not keep patient data on our own systems. If you are a patient of one of our clients, please contact the clinic about your data.
Children
This website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, email pradeep@mlrglobalenterprises.com and we will delete them.

We will post any change on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email.
