MLR Global Enterprises

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 2 November 2026. These terms apply to this website and to every quote, agreement and invoice from MLR Global Enterprises.

Who we are

MLR Global Enterprises is a trading name of Pradeep Rathore, an individual, based at Near Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan 303007, India ("we", "us"). MLR Global Enterprises is a trading name used by an individual; it is not a separate legal entity. "You" means the person or business using this website or buying our services.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You must not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, or send it anything harmful. The content of this website is ours; you may not copy it for commercial use without asking. We try to keep it accurate, but it is general information, not an offer: what we will build for you is fixed only in a signed agreement.

Our services

We design, build and support AI systems and automation for businesses: AI front desks for clinics and med spas (WhatsApp, website chat and lead capture), workflow automation using tools such as n8n and Google Sheets, and custom AI agents. All services are digital and delivered online, as described in our Delivery Policy.

Quotes and agreements

  • A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
  • Work starts only after we both sign a written agreement (for example a statement of work) setting out the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule.
  • If these terms and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
  • Changes to the scope are agreed in writing, with any change to price or dates, before they are made.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in the currency shown on the quote (INR or USD) and include any taxes shown there.
  • You pay against our invoice, by card or bank transfer, within the time stated on it (normally 7 days).
  • Card payments are processed by a payment gateway under its own terms; we never see or store your card details.
  • Fees charged by your bank or card issuer, and currency conversion costs, are yours.
  • Running costs paid to third parties (hosting, AI model, WhatsApp and similar) are paid by you to those providers, in your own accounts, unless the agreement says otherwise.
  • If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause work or support until it is paid, after telling you in writing.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information (prices, hours, policies, rules) for the system to use, and tell us when it changes.
  • Provide and pay for the accounts the system runs in, and give us the access we need.
  • Use the system lawfully, including the laws on data protection, consumer protection, healthcare and messaging that apply to your business, and the rules of platforms such as WhatsApp.
  • Have a person available to handle the handoffs, booking requests and alerts the system sends to your staff.

AI and its limits

AI systems can make mistakes. We design ours with checks that run before and after the AI, test them before go-live, and keep a person in the loop for anything that matters, but we cannot promise that every answer will be correct. The systems we build do not give medical, legal or financial advice, do not confirm appointments, and are not a replacement for your staff's judgement. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the workflows, configuration, prompts and documentation we build specifically for you. We keep ownership of our general tools, methods and know-how, and you get a permanent licence to use any of them that are part of what we deliver. Third-party software (for example n8n, Google Workspace, WhatsApp) stays under its own licence.

Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. Where a system we build processes personal data for you, we sign a data processing agreement and act only on your written instructions. How we handle personal data ourselves is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. Apart from that, our total liability for any claim connected with a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Google or an AI model provider) that are outside our control.

Ending the agreement

Either of us may end an agreement in writing if the other seriously breaks it and does not fix the problem within 15 days of being told. What happens to fees on cancellation is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. When an agreement ends, we hand over what you have paid for and remove our access to your accounts.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to each other in good faith; you can also write to our Grievance Officer (details in the Privacy Policy). If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction.
